You can get an overview of all system folders and the option to edit these as well as existing links to folders and documents by clicking on "Manage system folders".
You only have access to system folder management if you have the "Teamwork administrator" right in the "Contacts - all rights" profile. Information on assigning rights can be found here.
Call up the form under Organization > Administration > DMS Teamwork: Manage system folders. An overview of all folders is displayed.
Use the Manage links button to call up the Teamwork links form.
An overview of all folder links with the corresponding information is displayed. If you check the box "Include links to documents", these will also be listed.
Select a line and click on the Edit button to access the settings for the link in question.
Here you can now edit all settings relating to the link to folder or document.
