Advance notice: Changes to DMS Teamwork
Soon there will be more overview in DMS Teamwork!
Some changes in Scopevisio's DMS Teamwork are imminent: You will be able to display the new Teamwork structure via the "Coming soon" slide switch at the top of the left-hand column in the Documents form. After switching, you will see the folder icons in the upper area, which represent the different categories, and the entirety of all categories below. These contain the folders assigned to the respective category. Your former collections are clearly arranged as folders in the new categories.
A click on one of the folder icons acting as a filter only shows the folders contained in this category, a click on the "All" folder icon at the top left shows all categories. If folders in certain categories are not shared with a user, these categories are not even displayed. This makes it easy to keep an overview!
You will soon find more detailed information about the changes in Teamwork and the logic behind them in a separate article.

Save time with automatic login
Do you already use the automatic login option? We have included this function, which was previously only available in the system menu, directly in the login window. After entering your password, simply check the "Automatic login" box and then start the application by double-clicking on the icon on your desktop.

Specifying a maximum release amount in the release process
A release process that automatically adjusts to upper release limits: Limit the amount up to which a reviewer is authorized to review a release process and thus implement the company's own competency matrix. As soon as an invoice amount exceeds the maximum release amount of a reviewer, the release process is automatically transferred to the "higher-ranking" reviewer without the first reviewer having to reject the invoice due to a lack of competence. If you work with maximum approval amounts, the corresponding approval process should therefore always contain several optional approvers within an approval level.

Summary message: automatic assignment through control key logic
With Scopevisio, the recapitulative statement is child's play: In the settings of the recapitulative statement, you can now use the newly created business object "Tax keys relevant for the recapitulative statement" to specify that postings are included in the recapitulative statement by tax key and assigned directly to a transaction type. Here you will find further details on how to make the corresponding settings.

Quick change of interface scaling
Working with the computer on different docking stations and using different monitors can quickly lead to eye problems if the scaling is not optimally adjusted. Scopevisio provides a remedy without taking you into the depths of system administration: Simply select between 100%, 150% and 200% interface scaling via the quick access in the toolbar. A restart will apply the changes immediately and your eyes will thank you for it.

More security when logging in with externally generated one-time passwords
In addition to two-factor authentication, we now also offer the option of assigning one-time passwords for secure login to Scopevisio. This is a two-factor authentication procedure that can be used with mobile devices. The settings for this can be found in My Scopevisio, a detailed description of the setup can be found here.

No more long scrolling in search of the preferred payment terms: Under Manage accounting > Payment terms, you can re-sort the payment terms and put them in your preferred order. This way, the payment terms you use most frequently are displayed at the top of the corresponding selection lists.

User-defined fields for time entries
Not only contacts, tasks, projects and receipts can be individualized via user-defined fields, but now also time entries.

Quick import of values for user-defined fields via drag'n drop
Do you like typing your fingers to the bone? If so, then simply ignore the new functionality to import values for user-defined fields via drag'n drop by simply dragging a CSV file with the values it contains onto the gray value line. For this function, the "Text" type must be selected and the "Only allow permitted values" checkbox must be ticked.

Each user has their own display preferences! Customize the behaviour of the collection tree: whether you would rather see your tree collapsed and tidy or have the previous state restored the next time you open it is now up to you.

Tasks: Mass change of the subject possible
Quickly changing or adding the subject of several tasks is now a matter of seconds: Select the relevant tasks, click on the small arrow in one of the subject fields and enter a new subject. This is then immediately applied to all selected tasks.

Renaming the "Client registration" form
Do you like descriptive names? We do, which is why the "Client registration" call is now called "Create new client instances". If you have the appropriate rights, you can find this at:

New mandatory field "Country" in the contact file of your own company
Whether your company is based in Germany or Austria plays a role in the selection of VAT forms and when creating new contacts, which are assigned to the same country as your company by default. We have therefore created the "Country" data field in the contact file of your own company under the main address business object, which existing customers should still maintain. When creating a new company, this is a mandatory field.

Automatic transfer of employer data when creating a new contact person in projects
Another few seconds saved: If you add a new contact person to a project for an existing company contact, their contact file is automatically filled with the employer data.

Visualization aid for paid and open payroll amounts
Instead of comparing figures, you can now see at a glance what percentage of an invoice has already been paid or is still outstanding. A small pie chart provides information on this in the "Paid amount" and "Open amount" columns.

We have added a plausibility check to the service date in billing documents. Scopevisio will inform you if the data entered is not correct.

Improved OCR recognition in incoming invoices thanks to new OCR engine
Scopevisio has a new OCR engine that ensures even better text recognition: As an existing customer, we recommend that you change the selection of the OCR engine to the new Hypatos standard by changing this under Manage accounting > Incoming invoice settings > Other settings. It is already preselected for all newly registered companies.

Document worklist: More clarity by removing duplicates
Tidy up the document worklist: If duplicates have slipped into the document worklist, simply remove them again as an administrator and with the "Internal file archive" right using the button with the same name.

Replacing the voucher file at the time of posting
If it is necessary to exchange the voucher file in the posting after an incoming invoice has been posted, this is now possible via the form for the individual posting. The links "Upload", "From Teamwork", "Change" and "Remove link" are available for this purpose.

Manage Teamwork notifications in the apps too
In all 2GO apps, you will find new checkboxes in the Settings area that you can use to control Teamwork notifications. This functionality was previously only available in the client.

Copy and paste appointments at lightning speed
Need to quickly add a recurring appointment to your calendar? Time entries can now also be added to the 2GO calendar using copy/paste. To do this, simply copy the desired entry by holding it for a long time, confirm copy, insert the new appointment at the desired position with a click and by clicking on it again and holding it for a long time, all data is transferred and only the period is adjusted.

Add all-day appointments
We have adapted the behavior of the 2GOs with regard to calendar entries even more to the behavior in the desktop client: you can now also create all-day time entries from the apps.
