Acrobat Connector für Teamwork
With the Teamwork Acrobat Connector for Teamwork, you can save your PDFs in Teamwork with just a few clicks, open them from Teamwork and share them with other users.
The Teamwork Acrobat Connector is an additional program, a so-called add-in, which integrates Adobe Acrobat Reader DC into Scopevisio.
Installing the Acrobat Connector
You can test the Teamwork Acrobat Connector free of charge for 30 days. To do this, do the following:
Open the Scopevisio Shop by clicking on the Shop icon at the top left of the toolbar. Then select the Acrobat Connector row in the Test application table and click on the Test now button.
Open My Scopevisio. You will now find a link to the download under My Scopevisio2GO apps.
Click on the link, save the file on your computer and carry out the installation.
The Acrobat Connector only works with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
Using the Teamwork Acrobat Connector
After installation, you will now find the Teamwork Connector tab in the menu bar of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Before using it for the first time, you must log in with your Teamwork access data. The login window opens as soon as you click on a menu item.
You can upload the open document to Teamwork via Upload/update document.
You can search for documents via Find documents. A window opens in which you can search for documents, filter for PDF documents and open the document found. The filter is activated by default (the filter icon is yellow) and only shows PDF documents in your search results. If you want to deactivate the filter, click on the filter symbol at the top right (the filter symbol turns white) and confirm your search again. All file formats will now be displayed in the search results.
You can share the opened PDF file using the Share linkbutton . There you can protect the link with a password, limit its validity or downloads and create an e-mail with the link.
You can add the document to a collection/folder. To do this, first select the relevant client and confirm your selection. Another window will then open (see screenshot).

select a collection and save the document in it,
filter by collections,
add a new collection to Teamwork,
remove a collection from Teamwork,
or cancel the process.
You can share the document with people by selecting a person or searching for a person. The filter bar at the top right shows what is being filtered for (user, group, collection, etc.).
Just as you share the document with people, you can also share it with entire groups of people that you have previously defined in Teamwork.
Under Comments, you can see comments that have already been entered and add new comments to the document.
In the settings, you can select the client and log out.
