Scopevisio is particularly suitable for easily integrating external accountants and tax professionals.

For accounting offices that are official Scopevisio partners, you can request additional free licenses under certain conditions.

If you work with another accounting firm, treat the external employee as an internal employee with regard to licenses. For visibility and rights, we refer to the relevant articles and recommend separate rights profiles.

If you want to allow temporary auditors from the tax office or other external parties to access the system for a limited period only, create a user with a customized profile if necessary.

For tax consultants, you can issue a free license yourself.

In any case, remember to delete or block the user(s) when the collaboration ends so that they no longer have access to the data.
