Filter sales projects
Select Sales > Sales projects > Totalin the old menu tree or Sales > Opportunities > Total in the new menu ribbon to call up an overview of all sales projects.
If you are only interested in leads, prospects or conversions, select one of the menu items listed below Total.
As with contacts, navigation with back/forward arrows has also been implemented for sales projects to improve fluidity.
Use filter area
In the filter area above the project list overview, you can filter according to the following criteria or a combination thereof:
Sales project lists: if you have saved certain filtered views as work lists, you will find these lists here again.
Status: Select the statuses you want to display.
View period: Here you specify the period from which you want to call up the sales projects.
Contact / user: Would you like to see the sales projects of a specific addressee or user? Here you can limit the view accordingly.
You can then further refine the filtering by filtering according to specific column values.
If you want to use this filtering frequently, we recommend saving it as a worklist.
Presetting the sales project status
Select System menu (yellow S icon top left) > My Scopevisio
In the business object behavior of the selection list, a preselection of statuses can be made under Sales project statuses to be displayed.
