Manage standard document layouts
To make working in Scopevisio easier, you can make a document layout the default for a document type. If no rules apply or you select a layout manually, the default is always used.
Defining standard document layouts
Open Organization > Master data > Document layouts > Manage standard document layouts.
Drag and drop the desired layout onto the document type for which it is to be used as the default. Each layout can be used for any number of documents.
To stop using a layout, drag the layout back to the right-hand selection column.
The created standard layout is automatically used to create a PDF document if you select the Print option in the work area when outputting the document.
Outputting receipts
If you want to use a layout other than the default layout as the basis for your receipt, open an existing invoice or create a new one.
Click on the arrow of the Print button and select Document layouts.
All available document layouts are displayed in the next window.
Click on the name of the file you want to use for your invoice.
Finally, click on the Create PDF file button. The PDF document opens in a separate window.
Post-processing vouchers
To edit the details in the vouchers, click on Edit. The voucher opens in OpenOffice. Make the necessary changes and save them. The modified voucher is uploaded to Scopevisio and saved as an additional PDF in the Documents tab.
Note: If you send a receipt by e-mail, the last created receipt is attached as a PDF file. If you would like to edit a receipt before sending it, first click on the Edit button. Then change the receipt and save and close the odt file.
A PDF is automatically created for the edited file, which is attached to the e-mail by clicking on Send .
All saved versions can be found under the Documents tab.
