Accounting - reports and folders

Select Finance > Reports > Accounting.

Report folder

The reports that are created periodically using report planning are stored in the report folder. You can download the reports from here, mark them as checked or remove them.

Report planning

The Edit report planning link takes you from the report folder to the report planning overview. Here you can generate test reports, edit the planning settings for each plan and remove report plans.

The automatically generated reports are listed in the report folder. Use the links to save the reports on your computer.

Product usage

You receive an overview of how your products are distributed across the individual document types of Scopevisio ABRECHNUNG.

Please note that only document types that were created in Scopevisio INVOICE are displayed in the table. The use of products in sales opportunities is not taken into account.

For each product in the table, you can open a detailed display with the individual documents using the Show data records button.

Invoice documents

You receive an overview of the invoices entered, posted and paid for each customer.

To include the paid or canceled invoices in the table, you must activate the corresponding checkboxes.

The link in the Customer column or the Open button takes you to the individual display, which also shows quotations and orders for the selected customer.

The display can be filtered by project, contact, product and user.

The buttons at the bottom of the form provide access to further actions.
