Scopevisio 2Go applications
New menus in our 2GO applications
Settings > My Scopevisio > My Scopevisio 2Go apps.
The user interface in our 2GO applications has been upgraded with a new menu design, especially for working on mobile iOS and Android devices. For example, the menu that appears on the side, once selected, frees up space for quotation information from the CRM, task details from the projects or documents from the Teamwork DMS. The Belege2GO and Kasse2GO apps now also have a full-text search function for quick access to your content - you can now scroll here too!
Availability depends on the license model.
Scopevisio2GO apps can be downloaded to mobile devices via the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Alternatively, you can test and use the 2GO apps as a web app in your browser: You can also access our mobile apps with STARTER2GO via the login at scopevisio.com > My Scopevisio. In your Scopevisio desktop application, you will find the link to STARTER2GO under Settings (gear icon top right) > My Scopevisio > My Scopevisio2GO apps.
Please note that there may be delays in the release of new versions due to checks by the respective app store providers.
Activities
Notifications
Activities > Notifications
You can now find the notification options directly under the Activities menu item. Predefined standards for various events are available for quick creation, e.g. for a daily notification of status changes for offers. In terms of media, you can choose between email and Slack notifications and there is a choice of immediate or cumulative messages, which can also be sent on defined days.
You can also create individual profiles. You can track changes to event objects such as specific contacts by selecting the entry in the work list. The individual profile is then created via the "Notifications" button. For projects and tasks, the creation is done via the double arrow "More actions > Activate notifications" at the top right of the screen, in each case from the detailed view. The individual profiles are now also managed under Activities > Notifications.

An important function has been added to the file transfer from and to Teamwork: Unwanted ongoing file transfers can now be interrupted at any point.
Contacts
Business object Incoming invoices for suppliers
Contacts > All contacts > Contact file > Suppliers
In Scopevisio, incoming invoices can already be assigned to suppliers or creditors in the invoice receipt book under Finance > Payables. Even without initiating the posting at this point, this creates a link that already clearly refers from the invoice to the issuer.
With the newly created business object Incoming invoices in the supplier role of your contacts, it is now clear at a glance which liabilities exist and whether they have been booked or settled.
Billing
Invoice groups for recurring invoices
Billing > Invoices > Recurring invoices
As of this release, users of the Scopevisio Enterprise versions have the option of assigning recurring invoices to one of the invoicing groups created in the template. Invoicing groups can be used to differentiate between branches or business units, for example. The evaluation options include the balance sheet, P&L and BWA reports available in Scopevisio. Cash register

The optical character recognition(OCR) technology familiar from Scopevisio invoice receipt now also makes it easier for you to enter cash book entries:
If you create a new cash entry today, a receipt file can be uploaded and stored as usual. A new feature is the following entry screen, which automatically pre-fills recognized text elements in the cash register entry and also gives you the option of extracting relevant information from the displayed receipt document simply by marking it. After checking that the information is correct and complete, you save the entry. Of course, the cash register function remains absolutely audit-proof by saving the entered data.
IDEA cash register export

In addition to the previously available master and transaction data, this feature set now also provides you with an IDEA export of cash register data in the export function area. To do this, select the desired analysis period and data record and export the information for documentation or verification purposes.

Organizational chart
Personnel > Organizational chart
The Scopevisio personnel administration is part of the Business and Enterprise versions and is made accessible to authorized users via a separate right in the system administration. The organization chart feature for mapping the company structure and assigning jobs/employee relationships is subordinate to the Personnel item in the menu.
The structure tree of the managed company can be created and expanded from templates for medium-sized and small companies. Various fields for organizational and technical details are available for specific job information - from work location and hours to salary grouping and cost dimension. The assignment of jobs and employees is then as simple as drag-and-drop.
