Teamwork App
the simple and intuitive interface, you not only have access to all files that you have uploaded to TEAMWORK via your PC, you can also upload files from your smartphone or tablet to TEAMWORK or download them from TEAMWORK to your device. You retain transparency thanks to the comment function and versioning.
You can also use the app to share files with other users and teams, create public links and send them by email.
Scopening is of course also offered in the app and allows lightning-fast access to all documents.
Download the app
Download the TEAMWORK app for your iPad or Android smartphone or tablet free of charge. Scan the corresponding QR code with your device, log in and you can install the app over-the-air on your device.
Note: With the integrated preview function of the TEAMWORK app and the standard pre-installed system apps, you can open all common Office formats on your mobile device even after downloading. If you have problems opening certain file types, we recommend installing a free Office app (e.g. Office Suite Free).
TEAMWORK for iPad
Log in with your TEAMWORK access data. The main page with your private and shared collections opens. To view the content, tap on the corresponding name. All documents to which you have access are listed under My documents . The Shared with me collection shows all files for which other users have granted you access rights.
Swipe from right to left over the name of the collection and you can delete the collection by tapping the delete icon again. Swipe from left to right over the name to access the following options:
Share collections and documents
By tapping on the share icon, you can first choose whether you want to share the collection with a group or individual users. After selecting the desired option, all groups or users with whom you can share the collection will be displayed. Groups or users who already have access to the collection are marked with a tick.
Now tap on the corresponding name and the collection will be shared with the group or user. Tap again to cancel the release.
To share an individual document, open it in the detailed view and share it in the same way using the share icon.
Note: If shares have been granted in this way, users can access the document, add new versions and comments and share it with other users and groups. However, they cannot delete the files.
Create external link
You can use the second button to create an external link via which you can share the entire collection. You can also use the app to assign a password for the download, limit the validity or assign read-only rights.
Rename collection
Tap this button if you want to rename the selected collection.
Download collection
Use this button to download the entire content of the collection to your device and make the documents available offline.
Document search
A search field is available for a quick search in which you can search for keywords, content, file names etc. in all collections.
In an open collection, a filter symbol appears next to the search field, which you can use to additionally filter the collection according to existing keywords, document types and the upload period.
Detailed view
Once you have found the desired document, click on it to perform further actions and retrieve information about the document. You can use the buttons above the document to
manage the shares and thus share the document with collections, groups or individual users or withdraw shares.

Note: To enable TEAMWORK to access your iPad, assign the appropriate rights under Settings > Privacy.
Open the main menu by dragging across the screen from left to right. You can now use the device camera to take photos that are saved directly in TEAMWORK, select and upload photos from your gallery and upload several photos to a PDF document.
Scan document or receipt
By tapping on this option, the camera opens and you can take several photos in succession which are then combined into a PDF document and uploaded to TEAMWORK.
First take a photo of the desired document, object, etc. If you want to add this photo to the PDF, select Use photo. In the following window, you can edit the image by rotating it or cropping the edges. You can use the plus symbol to add further pages to the document in the form of additional photos; the upload window opens when you select Done.
Assign a document name. You can use the preview images to change the order of the pages in the future PDF document.
Tap on Send to add the document to TEAMWORK.
Take a photo
Take a photo with your iPad and it will be uploaded to TEAMWORK as a jpg.

You can add a document from your iCloud Drive to TEAMWORK by selecting Select document.

This button opens the gallery and you can select one or more photos to upload.
Settings in the app
In the main menu, the Settings option is offered in the system buttons at the end of the menu. Here you can change the client and switch the Show removed files and Load original files options on and off.
The Show removed data option means that if your device is offline, the documents that the app was aware of are still displayed in the overview, even if they are not currently visible on the device in the detailed view.
The option Load original files means that the original file is also downloaded in addition to the preview of a document that is downloaded by default. For example, you can download an Excel file to your device for further editing with another app.
Note: The files are then only accessible via the TEAMWORK app and cannot be found under Downloads, for example.
TEAMWORK app for Android
First log in to TEAMWORK with your access data.
The main page with all files will open, where you will find a central search field where you can search for keywords, content, file names, etc. as usual.
Tap on the menu icon in the top left-hand corner to display all the actions you can perform.
You can open the collections you have joined in the menu. You can use the three dots to share the selected collection, create an external link or download the contents of the collection to your tablet or smartphone.
Document search
Use the filter to search for a specific document. Tap on the filter icon to open the filter bar.
Filter specifically for files that were created in a certain time period, document types or assigned keywords. You include these in the search by activating them by tapping on the name.

Once you have found the desired document, click on it to perform further actions and retrieve information about the document. You can use the tabs to
display the document in full view

You can also use the share button in the header bar to manage the shares and share the document with collections, groups or individual users or withdraw shares. You can delete or rename the document using the three dots next to the button.
Uploading documents
You can use the plus button on the start screen to select and upload a document on your device, take a photo directly with the camera or scan a document. In the latter case, you can take several photos, which are then saved and uploaded as a PDF document.
Photos and files are uploaded directly to TEAMWORK. To scan a document and then add it to a collection as a PDF file, proceed as follows:
First tap on the plus sign and then on Scan document.
Take a photo of the first page of the document you want to scan and confirm the capture.
In the following screen, you can edit the photo by rotating or cropping it. Use the plus symbol to add further pages to the document in the form of photos and click the tick to end the capture.
Back in the overview, the photos that are combined into a document are displayed. Use the buttons in the upper area to give the document a name (1) and upload it to TEAMWORK (2). If you want to add the document directly to a specific collection, tap on the three menu items and select the desired collection using the option in the context menu.
