Our solutions are provided as SaaS (Software-as-a-Service). Licenses can be booked and canceled on a daily basis.

Business processes with Scopevisio

Cross-departmental workflow with integrated data and document exchange

On the horizontal level, you will find the process that runs through the entire company. The sub-processes shown in color interlock seamlessly. Each takes the upstream sub-process as input and transfers the process, enriched with further specific actions and data, to the downstream sub-process.

On the vertical level, you can see the various elements of a sub-process. At each level, there is an activity, a responsibility, a role that the contact has at that moment and, of course, receipts and documents.

These receipts and documents are located in a third dimension, the Enterprise Content Management level shown at the bottom. They make it possible to view the (sub)process in depth.

In practice, this means, for example, that a customer file in Scopevisio shows contracts, e-mail correspondence, sales agreements, open items, ongoing billing processes and much more in addition to the relevant contact data. Managers or controllers can create powerful, cross-divisional evaluations. Interrelated elements are linked to each other and provided with references so that you can quickly navigate from one piece of information to the next.

Consistently integrated

Office

Our "Office connectors" allow users to use Scopevisio without having to leave their familiar MS Office applications. Load documents, presentations, appointments and emails directly from Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook into Scopevisio. Then save your work directly back into Scopevisio. Open your Scopevisio calendar, contacts, tasks and data directly from Office.

DATEV

Scopevisio was one of the first companies to offer DATEVconnect online for fast, digital collaboration between tax advisors and clients.

Companies can record their cash registers and invoices easily and in compliance with GoBD via a document portal and transfer them to their tax advisor pre-assigned at the touch of a button.

The tax consultant sees all new receipts directly in the client management system developed by Scopevisio.

The TEAMWORK document management system ensures an effortless, digital exchange of information.

Creditreform

The automatic address completion from the Creditreform database searches for an entered contact name and automatically completes the address.

Members of the Creditreform association can also call up creditworthiness information directly from the application. Everyone else can at least try it out: The first three credit reports are free!

Data sources

Scopevisio offers powerful import and export options.

Data from external systems can be imported via interfaces or as CSV. Scopevisio data can be exported in different formats in the same way.

Controllers can continue to use their tried and tested Excel evaluations: Using a data source link, the tables can be filled with real-time data from Scopevisio every time they are opened.

OpenScope

The OpenScope API makes it possible to connect Scopevisio with other systems.
