Beta-Features

We refer to functions that already fulfill a basic function but have not yet been rounded off (function, tests, UX/UI) as beta features. You can already use and try out some of these functions as a customer.

Feedback on these features is always welcome!
If you are interested in a feature, please contact us.
Please note that the function is activated on a user-specific basis, so if you want to test it with several people, everyone must activate it.

Future use and availability is not guaranteed by Scopevisio AG. A beta feature can also later become part of a licensed product. You will lose access if you have not purchased this (possibly new) license.

The functions are "work in progress", behind the working names there is often something different than you might expect, so here is a short list with an explanation.

  • Advice notes collective transfers
    The aim is to read in advice note files and automatically post transit account against OP. The current focus is on the SAMU §301 files for health insurance clearing.

  • Document splitting

  • User role profiles
    A different type of rights management

  • DATEV booking mask
    An experimental approach based on the DATEV look. Further development unlikely.

  • Extended e-mail addresses
    Provides e-mail addresses by document type plus CC: and BCC: recipients for outgoing e-mails.

  • Offsetting account statistics
    Evaluates postings and prioritizes accounts in the selector of the posting mask. Manual intervention possible.

  • Campaign filter selection

  • New reports
    Offers an extension beyond 5 periods for work reports.

  • Online transfers (extended)

  • Orbis-Mawi interface
    Interface for the healthcare sector

  • Personnel resource planning

  • Price lists (sales)
    Customer-related price lists instead of price groups.

  • Always enable reversal of write-off runs
    A support aid that you can use on request in the support call.

  • Text data import
    An import interface that can supplement data.

  • Offer transaction figures as an option in balance sheet reports
    Balance sheet accounts are displayed without a balance carried forward and treated like an income statement account.
