Different business objects are displayed by default in different views of a contact. You can also determine which business objects you would like to see.

Right-click in an empty area of the screen. A context menu now allows you to show or hide business objects (see following illustration).

If you select Show and hide business objects , you can tick the desired business objects. You can also filter the objects or select all or none. Save your selection.

Move business objects

You can move business objects.

Click with the mouse on the heading of a business object, drag it to another position on the screen and release it there.

Showing and hiding data fields

Data fields are the individual information fields within the business objects. You can show or hide them as you wish. You can even create your own (user-defined) data fields.

Showing and hiding data fields

Right-click on the heading of a business object (here: Company) and select Show and hide data fields.

A tab opens in which you can select or deselect data fields in the Configuration section.

Further settings are available depending on the selected business object. For example, in the case shown, select the contact role for which you want to make the changes in the View selection list. This allows you to customize the data of a business object for different roles.
