Shortcuts / hotkeys for changing the display
You can use these shortcuts to influence the display of windows and tabs:
Shortcut | Action | Shortcut description |

Esc | Empty search field | If you press the Escape key in the search field, the search field is emptied. |
Esc | Close pop-ups/login | The pop-ups or the login dialog are closed. |
F12 CMD+F12 (Mac) | Show/hide widgets | Shows all widgets and hides them again. |
Alt+F4 | Exit program | Use this key combination to exit the program. |
Alt+Tab | Switch application | Switch from Scopevisio to another application. |
Keyboard shortcuts for global navigation
You can use these shortcuts to navigate the interface using the keyboard:

F3 | Jump to the search field | The cursor is placed in the "Scopen" search field. |
Esc | Close popups/login | The popups or the login dialog are closed. |

Shift + Tab | Jump backwards to the control element | The same behavior as Tab, but in the opposite direction. |
Ctrl + Tab | Tab change | Opens the next open form tab |
Alt + F4 | Close | Closes the entire application. |
Ctrl + N | Create new object | Opens the Create new object menu |
Ctrl + O | Open object | Opens the Open object menu |
Alt+^ | Last viewed and selection list | Opens a list of your recently viewed contacts, tasks and products as well as the selection list. |
Keyboard shortcuts in tables
You can navigate in tables using the keyboard shortcuts.
The following table describes the shortcuts that can be used in a table:

Arrow keys | Navigate in table | Use the arrow keys to navigate in the table via rows and editable columns. |
Tab | Jump to row | You jump from left to right through the editable fields in a table row. |
Enter | Jump to column | You jump downwards from field to field within a column. |
Ctrl+End / | Jump to the end of the table | Use the key combination to jump to the end of the table. |
Ctrl+Pos1 / | Jump to the beginning of the table | Use the key combination to jump to the beginning of the table. |
Ctrl+F | Show filter | You show the "Filter" control element. |
Ctrl + 2 | Open detailed view | The selected line is displayed in a detailed view. |
Alt+mouse click | Hide column | Hold down the Alt key and move the mouse pointer over a column. An X symbol appears to hide the column. |
Keyboard shortcuts within the form
You can navigate or control entries within a form using keyboard shortcuts.
The following table describes the shortcuts within a form:

Arrow left | Navigate in table | Use the arrow keys to navigate in the table via rows and editable columns. |
Enter | Execute | If the focus is on a button, an icon or a link, press Enter to execute the action. |
Enter | Next mandatory field | Press Enter to confirm the entry in a mandatory field and jump to the next mandatory field. |
Ctrl+Q | Close form | In Windows: Close the active form. In MacOS: You close the application. |
Ctrl+S | Save form | You save the active form with the entries. |
Ctrl+Tab | Switch form | You switch to the next open form. |
Ctrl+Z | Undo | Undo the last input |
Ctrl+Y | Restore | Restore the last input you undid. |
Shortcuts in the "Scopen" search field
The "Scopen" search field allows you to perform a quick overall search in the Scopevisio application. Some keyboard shortcuts allow you to search even more efficiently and are listed in the following table.

"" | Limited search | The search is explicitly limited to the character string entered. E.g. "1000" |
* | Wildcard | Serves as a wildcard and is replaced by any other character during the search. E.g. "M*ier" leads to "Maier", "Meier" |
/ | Restriction | Opens a drop-down menu from which you can select the context in which you want to start a search. |
ValueA_-_ValueB | Search from - to | If numbers are separated by a space - hyphen - space, this is interpreted as a search "from - to". |
Keyboard shortcuts in the booking mask
The following shortcuts are also implemented in the booking screen.
Shortcut | Action | Description |

Ctrl + N | Split debit/credit | Split the account on the debit or credit side and create a new corresponding line in the posting table. |
Ctrl + Shift + N | Split debit/credit | Split the account on the debit side and create a new line in the posting table into which the values from the side to be split are copied. |
Ctrl + S | Transfer | Transfer the business transaction to the posting batch. |
Ctrl + B | Post | Post the document or the documents selected in the posting batch. (Not used in MacOS) |
Shortcuts in the account assignment
Edit the account assignment of the reports conveniently using keyboard shortcuts.
The following table provides an overview of the keyboard shortcuts.

Ctrl+ Pos1 | Jump to the beginning | Jumps to the first position in the structure tree and in the account list. |
Ctrl+End | Jump to the end | Jumps to the end of the structure tree and the account list. |
Arrow up | Select accounts | Navigates up and down in the list. |
Arrow left | Open/close branch | Opens the active branch of the structure tree |
Ctrl + | Open/close structure tree | Opens and closes the entire structure tree. |
Enter | New entry | Assigns a new entry to the active branch in which the account can be entered. |
Keyboard shortcuts in open items
Select the open items quickly and easily using the keyboard according to the following pattern:
Select item 1 - Space bar - Select item 2 - Space bar.
The two selected items are cleared or partially cleared against each other and marked or removed accordingly in the table.
Shortcuts in the mobile web apps
The following shortcuts are available for entering dates quickly:
