Shortcuts / hotkeys for changing the display

You can use these shortcuts to influence the display of windows and tabs:

Opens the Create new object menu

Last viewed and selection list

Opens a list of your recently viewed contacts, tasks and products as well as the selection list.

Keyboard shortcuts in tables

You can navigate in tables using the keyboard shortcuts.

The following table describes the shortcuts that can be used in a table:

Use the arrow keys to navigate in the table via rows and editable columns.

You jump from left to right through the editable fields in a table row.

The selected line is displayed in a detailed view.

Alt+mouse click

Hide column

Hold down the Alt key and move the mouse pointer over a column. An X symbol appears to hide the column.

Keyboard shortcuts within the form

You can navigate or control entries within a form using keyboard shortcuts.

The following table describes the shortcuts within a form:

Use the arrow keys to navigate in the table via rows and editable columns.

You save the active form with the entries.

Restore the last input you undid.

Shortcuts in the "Scopen" search field

The "Scopen" search field allows you to perform a quick overall search in the Scopevisio application. Some keyboard shortcuts allow you to search even more efficiently and are listed in the following table.

The search is explicitly limited to the character string entered. E.g. "1000"

Wildcard

Serves as a wildcard and is replaced by any other character during the search. E.g. "M*ier" leads to "Maier", "Meier"

Restriction

Opens a drop-down menu from which you can select the context in which you want to start a search.

Search from - to

If numbers are separated by a space - hyphen - space, this is interpreted as a search "from - to".

Split the account on the debit or credit side and create a new corresponding line in the posting table.

Transfer the business transaction to the posting batch.

Shortcuts in the account assignment

Edit the account assignment of the reports conveniently using keyboard shortcuts.

Keyboard shortcuts in open items

Select the open items quickly and easily using the keyboard according to the following pattern:

Select item 1 - Space bar - Select item 2 - Space bar.

The two selected items are cleared or partially cleared against each other and marked or removed accordingly in the table.
