  1. In the filter area, set the viewing period and filter on a project, a contact or a user

  2. View different event types and status changes. In the Events area, you can also select these using checkboxes.

  3. Restrict the display to roles, document types, project types, products or regions.

  4. The timeline view has been set here.

  5. The timeline displays the selected events clearly and comprehensibly.

  6. The blue details are linked and allow you to drill down to the relevant objects.

  7. You can use this button to save your filtered view as a worklist so that it is displayed in your workspace menu. For frequently used views, set the filter once and use it again and again as a worklist.

Events and activities are clearly listed in a timeline in understandable language.

Filter area

In the Scopevisio-typical filter area, you can filter by time period, contact, project or user and use the list button to create a filtered activity journal as a worklist.

Show activity journal for...

In this section, select the events or status messages that you would like to read in the activity journal.

  1. The buttons at the top allow you to select events by clicking on them.

  2. Below this is a filter that enables a very detailed selection of events via checkboxes.

Notifications

You can also be notified of all events displayed in the activity journal by email or Slack or activate this for other registered users. The frequency of sending can also be set.

You can save different message profiles via the work list icon. In this way, you can always set exactly the notifications that are of interest to the specified persons in the current case.

You can create an individual message profile as follows:

  1. Set the filter to the activity you want to be notified about. In this example, the closing of a till sheet has been selected.

  2. Select the message type: by e-mail or Slack.

  3. Set the sending frequency.

  4. Select the person(s) to be notified.

  5. After clicking on the work list icon, you will be asked to assign a name for the new profile to be created (here: cash sheet closed). The name saves the setting. If you want to make changes afterwards, update them by clicking on this symbol again.

  6. Here you will be redirected to the form that gives you an overview of all message profiles. You will find the one you have just created under "Activate, deactivate and delete individually created message profiles".

Restrict activity journal to...

In the Restrict activity journal section, select contact roles, document types etc. to restrict the display.

Event timeline

The timeline of activities and events has a similar look to that of Facebook.

The filter bar above the journal enables a full-text search across all content in the activity table.

The illustration shows the results when filtering for the term "converted".
