Templates and terms of payment
Create and edit quotations using text modules and the product catalog. All quotations are listed in a clear table, including their processing status.
Use the plus symbol to select the Write quote command or click on Add below the quote overview.
Load template
Select the Template button in the quotation form to load a prepared sample quotation.
Create new template
Select New template, give your template a name and select it (see form above). You can then add items and apply your changes.
Templates are displayed in your workplace (see image) and offered for selection when you click on the Templates button (e.g. in booking masks or accounting documents etc.).
Payment
Select the Payment tab in the quotation form.
Enter the payment method.
Enter the discount date and rate if required.
Or tick the checkbox and enter discount amounts.

You can select predefined payment terms here.
Select payment terms
Predefined payment terms save time and eliminate sources of error. Select Select payment terms in the form above.
Select an existing payment term.
Assign it to the current offer.
Selected terms can be removed if they are superfluous.
Duplicate a payment term to create a similar one.
Set a standard payment term.
Add a new payment term.
Add payment term
Edit the offer in the layout
Select the Post-edit button if you want to open the offer and make subsequent changes. Then save the changes.
