Manage user licenses

License management gives you an overview of your available and assigned licenses.

Managing user licenses

Go to Organization > Administration > User administration > Manage user licenses. You can easily manage the assignments in the editable table.

Licenses

The application is released for users via the user licenses that have been purchased or activated for testing. You can create and invite as many users as you like. Users can only access the application once they have been assigned a corresponding license.

Overview

The number of licenses and their availability are displayed above the table.

If you make changes in the table, the changes are displayed in red in the overview. These only become active after saving.

License table

The individual licenses are listed in the table. The table shows when the respective license expires and to which user it is assigned. You can change the assigned users directly in the table.

The Scopevisio applications can only be used with the appropriate license.

If you have too few licenses, you can easily access the Scopevisio Shop via a link to book new licenses.
