Manage messages (notifications)
Manage all types of notifications centrally - use this form to keep an overview.
Manage notifications
Select Organization > Messages or alternatively Organization > Administration > Email administration: Manage notifications . Organization > Activities > Activity journal > Notifications: Manage notifications will also take you to the same form.
In all cases, the Notifications form opens.
Here you can see or do the following:
The number of your message profiles is displayed at the top.
In the Configure and activate standard message profiles business object, you can create a profile as follows:
Under Message trigger, you enter which event should trigger the notification.
You specify whether you want to be notified by email and/or Slack.
You also enter the sending frequency and
the addressee.
If you want to activate the notification, place a tick under Activated.
If you would also like to receive notifications about your own activities, check the box for Personal notifications.
The individually created message profiles are those that you have set in the activity journal.
You can also set messages about individual contacts, projects or tasks. This is explained in the following step.
The settings are valid immediately and do not need to be saved explicitly.
Receive e-mail notifications
Activate the notification and set e-mail as the message type. As soon as you do something with the contact, you will receive a message about this activity. (Prerequisite: You have set immediate notification and have not excluded the activity in question from the notifications using any filters).
Let's assume you convert the contact Ansell Adams into a lead. Save the change.
You will immediately receive a corresponding message from your scoper by e-mail:
You will only be notified of your own actions if you have set a green checkmark in the Notifications column in the Notifications form.
