Set up Web2Lead forms
With Web2Lead, you can create registration forms for your website. The contact information that the visitor enters is transferred directly to your Scopevisio CRM.
If required, an opportunity and a task can be created at the same time.
Set up Web2Lead
Select System administration > Functional connections > Set up Web2Lead forms.

Options
If you select Yes in the drop-down menu under Transfer data by form post, this prevents an error message from appearing in some browsers when the data is sent.
A personal contact is automatically created for the transferred contact data. You can also have the contact marked as a prospect, lead or customer via Classified as.
Notifications
Use the plus symbol to enter up to six e-mail addresses that will receive a notification when an inquiry is received via the contact form.
Potential
Select Yes in the drop-down menu if you want a potential to be created automatically when an inquiry is received.
Select the default settings for Decision time, Probability and Sales representative.
Form fields
You can use the Form fields table to determine the layout of the contact form.
The order of the rows in the table can be changed using the Move up and Move down buttons and reflects the order of the data fields displayed in the contact form.
Add can be used to add additional rows to the contact form to request information.
Hide a line with the Visible checkbox if required and it will not be included in the HTML code. To do this, remove the checkmark.
The information in the Name column is additional information for a better overview and is not displayed in the contact form.
The information in the Identifier column is displayed before the data fields in the contact form.
In the Type column, you can choose between the options in the table shown.
Preview
Once you have entered all the necessary information, you can open a test contact form in a browser using the Preview example link (13). This behaves like an original contact form. Fill in the fields with sample data, click on Send and a contact will be created in Scopevisio, as well as a task or an opportunity if necessary.
Use the Copy form link (14) to save the link to your clipboard. You can then paste it anywhere on your website.
