  • Calling up the open items for debtors leads to the standard open items list for debtors and from there to the key date open items for debtors and to the account statement and balance confirmation.

  • With Due dates you get an overview of the due date structure of the customer open items.

  • Finally, you can carry out dunning runs with Dunning.
