Integration of the Creditreform search when creating companies
Contacts, quick creation via <Plus>, Scopen field
When creating a company (contact, debtor, creditor), results from the Creditreform search are also displayed when entering the name. When the search result is selected, the Name, Legal form, Address and Crefonumber fields are automatically transferred. You can also search for Creditreform addresses via the Scopen field. Include the Creditreform company information in the search results (content).
E-mail address for invoice receipt book and teamwork collections
Global > System administration > E-mail and document management > Manage special e-mail addresses
With this function you can, for example, allow your suppliers to send incoming invoices directly to your invoice ledger. To do this, create a so-called mailbot under "Special e-mail addresses" and name it accordingly (e.g. invoices for company xy). The use of the e-mail address can be restricted to a few special contacts, special sender addresses or, for example, a specific contact role (Security area). If the email address [business] of the contact matches the sender, the email is accepted by the system and the attachment is loaded into the invoice receipt book as a new incoming invoice.
The mailbot created here applies to the entire company.

Allow rules to continue after hit
Accounting > Posting > Document worklist
Previously, all rules were final, i.e. when a rule was applied, the rule wizard was closed. Now a rule can be marked as continuing ("Further rules after hit"). This means that general rules can be placed before the special posting rules, e.g. for a specific supplier. The set of rules can be called up via the link under the document worklist "Edit automatic rules".
OpenScope
Data sources
The fields "Invoice area" and "Invoice area description" have been added to the data sources quotations, orders, delivery bills, invoices, credit notes and incoming invoices.
Login using SAML with ADFS as identity provider
In addition to realizing Open Authentication (i.e. logging into third-party systems via Scopevisio as Single Sign-On (SSO)), it is now also possible to go the other way round. Scopevisio subordinates itself to other environments so that users can automatically access Scopevisio via these environments with a single sign-on.
Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) 2.0 can be configured using SAML-based claim authentication (Security Assertion Markup Language). This allows the Scopevisio user to serve as an Identity Provider Security Token Service (IP-STS) for a Scopevisio application in an AZURE shell, for example, and act as a secure single sign-on environment.
