Top innovations in feature set 100 (FS100)

We would like to celebrate our latest feature set 100 with you! We want to celebrate this with a concentrated load of new features and improvements: In addition to the long-announced travel expenses, the main finance function in particular has benefited from this, and a lot has also happened to our REST API. Take your time to read our release notes - it's worth it.

Travel expenses are here!

The wait is over: with the travel expenses function integrated into Scopevisio, you can now also record and settle travel expenses - all from a single source!

Employees can record the trip and upload the corresponding receipts in the client or on the go using our mobile app REISE2GO. Once submitted, the travel expense report goes directly into the invoice receipt book and runs through the correspondingly defined approval processes from there. This ensures prompt reimbursement. Statutory flat rates are already taken into account and stored in the system.

In order to make optimum use of the "Travel expenses" feature, we have expanded our placeholder list. You can find a complete overview here, where you can also search for "travel expenses" using Ctrl+F.

Scopevisio will not only make your work easier, but will also soon be able to adapt flexibly to your specifications by modifying the flat rates. We are working on this functionality and will implement it in one of the next feature sets.

In order to be able to use the new feature correctly in the application under "Activities" or in the app, a few settings must be observed. It is therefore essential that you read the detailed description Travel expenses: rights and settings. Automatic receipt of supplier invoices from web portals in Rebu

Thanks to the connection via our OpenScope REST API to the cloud service provider invoicefetcher, you can save yourself the trouble of manually retrieving your invoices from web portals with Scopevisio. Once configured, this service automatically retrieves your receipts for you and forwards them directly to your invoice receipt book. You can find instructions for linking to invoicefetcher here.

User interface (GUI)

The new ribbon as default setting

We have been pointing this out for a long time, with this feature set it will be implemented: The new ribbon will become the default view. However, this setting is not irrevocable - you still have the option of returning to the old menu tree via the switch at the top right. However, this will really be a thing of the past in the foreseeable future, probably in January 2020. We will inform you about the new user interface here.

An interim solution as a small tip for those who are still struggling with the changeover: Right-clicking in the empty space next to the "My Computer" function call offers the sub-item "Menu", which opens the familiar menu tree on the left. When you open it again, this side column is then only filled with content from "My Computer".

Extension of the repetition intervals in recurring tasks

Scopevisio supports you in mapping your internal company processes in detail: Now create recurring tasks such as maintenance work even more individually than before by using the option to set the interval to every x days/weeks/months/years.

Status column filter in tasks and activities of projects

No more repeated filter entries - your settings for the "Status" column in the Tasks and Activities business objects for projects are retained per user and applied when the form is opened.

We offer you more individual filter options with the new multiple filters for the columns Project role, Status, Phase, Working days, Time recording in, Billable and Lead transfer -> Interested party.

Export invoice receipt book

In the new menu item "Invoice export" below the rebus, you can not only specify which invoices you want to export with which settings, but you can also see which filters have been applied. The export then takes place in Datev format in the account/counter-account display.

Duplicate detection in Rebu

Accidentally pulled the same invoice into the invoice receipt book twice? Modify the settings for duplicate recognition to the level of detail you would like to be notified of.

Cancellation of unposted cash sheets

What do you do with incorrect, closed but not yet posted till sheets? Quite simple: cancel them. Follow the path described below, select the relevant cash sheet and click on "Cancel unposted cash sheet".

Scrolling through recurring entries

From the overview of recurring entry plans, you can now easily scroll through all plans from an open plan using the forward and back arrows in the top right-hand corner and view the respective details.

More functionality in payment lists

You can see which invoice areas your open items and payment lists are assigned to by displaying this new column and filtering by it.
The line display per page set in the open items is now also adopted in the payment lists.
The newly added "Add all filtered" button adds all items from all pages to the payment list that have been selected using a filter setting, regardless of the items marked with a tick. If you only want to transfer the selected items to the payment list, click directly on the "Add open items to payment list" button as before.

Check IBAN and matching SWIFT-BIC

Scopevisio now draws your attention to any discrepancies between IBAN and BIC if you overwrite a BIC that was automatically generated when entering an IBAN - you then decide how you want to deal with it.

Renaming in the statement of assets

Two small changes to the naming of depreciation date and depreciation cumulative start: the two are now called depreciation start date and depreciation cumulative start.

Combined table for validating sales tax and input tax

A new combined table for validating input tax and sales tax has been added to the "Input tax and sales tax combined" business object.

Configure cash register number range of internal voucher numbers individually

The "Edit number range" item now exists in the settings of the various cash registers, under which you can configure your internal receipt number individually.

Exchange of information between customer and debtor advisor

Customer and debtor advisors can conveniently send each other information that is attached to the relevant contact and is accessible to both sides. The customer advisor enters their comments directly when creating a document in the "Information for customer advisor" field, the customer advisor reads this in the "Information from customer advisor" field in the contact file in the "Customer" role.

In the vendor details, you can define a vendor account manager in the same way as the customer account manager. Responsibilities are thus quickly clarified.

Business Intelligence: Centralized access to controlling reports

No more jumping back and forth between applications, no more long searches for bookmarks! Scopevisio now gives you direct access to your controlling reports created with BI - clearly and centrally. If you store them in the Business Intelligence form, you can open the relevant report from Scopevisio with a single click. Find out how to make the necessary settings here.

Something is happening with the API:

The payment type is displayed in the /kreditorAccounts endpoint.

The following endpoints enable the retrieval of items in recurring invoices:

In the /debitoraccounts endpoint, the payment terms are output with the following fields:

Bank details of personal accounts can be retrieved via the new endpoints

The new endpoint DELETE contact/{masterIdOrLegacyNumber} can be used to remove contacts to which no documents are assigned.

POST and PUT /users can be used to create or change teamwork users with the desired roles for each company. GET /users returns the respective Teamwork roles.

The fields street = street1-6, zip code = postcode1-6, payment type = paymentTypeName, city = city1-6, country = country1-6, email = email2-6, federal state = federalState1-6, address line/delivery instruction = addressExtra1-6 have been added to the endpoints POST contact/new and POST contact/{id}.

The endpoints
