Read the details below.
XRechnung
Curtain up for the new XRechnung. From November 27, 2020, outgoing invoices to the federal government or government agencies must be issued as XRechnung. This is a mandatory electronic invoice format. We have now implemented XRechnung for you in Scopevisio so that you can easily send your invoices to the federal government or public institutions.
This is how it works:
You create an invoice. The invoice amount must be net because the XRechnung format requires this.
You fill in the routing ID field for the customer. Each public client has a routing ID which is used to address them uniquely. Fields such as the address and contact details must also be completed, as these fields are required to generate the XRechnung.
You set bank transfer as the payment method. XRechnung does not currently work with other payment methods.
Select the invoice in the overview of your outgoing invoices.
At the bottom of the Export with replacements button, click on the triangle arrow to select other options. Here you will find the Export as XRechnung option, among others. Set this option.
Click on the button. Your XRechnung is generated. It is a file with the extension .xml. Give the invoice a name and save it in the desired location.
The IBAN for the transfer is taken from your house bank master data. The IBAN marked Use for transfer is used.
Documents under the Documents tab are automatically transferred to the XRechnung.
We are continuing to work on making XRechnung as simple and useful as possible for you as a forward-looking payment instrument.
You will soon find more detailed information in our online help.
CovRegApp
The CovRegApp is used to record the contact details of visitors to catering establishments as required by law in a simple, contactless and, above all, data protection-compliant way.
Capitalization no longer plays a role when searching in connectors
We have made sure that you no longer have to pay attention to correct capitalization when searching in Scopevisio's Office Connectors. This corresponds to the standard of many other applications, from Google to Microsoft, and will make your searches much easier.
You will receive complete results when searching using the Office Connector, regardless of whether you type JOE BIDEN, Joe Biden or joe biden.
Further new features
Product master: "Tax rate" field hidden in GO details for goods
As the "Tax rate" field is no longer necessary, it has been hidden. This further simplifies the user interface.
Crefo address completion: Output the Country column instead of ISO2 code
In Creditreform address completion, the previously used ISO2 specification of country codes (e.g. DE) has been replaced by the value of the "Country" column according to the "Countries" basic data (e.g. Germany). This is easier to understand and ensures uniformity in the program.
Create new contact > ... Transfer from Crefo completion
Finances
Billing/accounting: new payment types
When creating invoices, you can now set the new payment methods "Sofortüberweisung", "Klarna" and "Apple Pay". These can be used for invoices, but also in the rules for document layouts (billing).
Hide "Use extended revenue accounts" for all instances
This option is no longer necessary because all Scopevisio users use it by default. It has now been hidden so as not to confuse anyone.
