The VAT group
VAT consolidation made easy with Scopevisio!
Do you use Scopevisio to manage several companies that belong to a group (possibly even across instances)? All it takes is a few settings and you can easily create separate advance VAT returns for each company for the consolidation period and then forward them to the previously defined controlling company. As soon as the tax group parent has received the advance VAT returns of all tax group companies, it submits them to the tax office together with its own in consolidated form - that's it. It could hardly be simpler.

PSD2-compliant retrieval of account movements via payment service provider Finleap
No more bank-imposed turnover retrieval chaos, no more mandatory TAN entry. With this feature set, account transaction retrieval runs like clockwork again - thanks to the connection to the specialized payment service provider finleap connect. Of particular interest to some of our customers: Commerzbank transactions can now also be retrieved.

Better integration of document import and incoming invoices
New columns in the relevant forms ensure a closer integration of document import and invoice receipt book. These provide additional information in the details of the document import and allow users to jump directly to the incoming invoice details via the "Internal number" column, among other things. From Rebu, the user can access the corresponding document import via the "Document import" column.

Simplify the checking process for incoming invoices
A quick consultation: Scopevisio makes it easy for the respective auditors to clarify any open questions by providing a direct link to an email accompanying an incoming invoice. This speeds up the approval process.

If an incoming invoice is hidden and later shown again, you can track when and by whom this was done in the document entry in the GO "Events".

Display tax key for cash movements in addition to the tax rate
If you fill in the new "Tax key" field when entering recurring transaction types, this key will be added correctly in the posting template form.

Remove imported bank statements
If you have inadvertently imported bank statements several times, you can also remove them again with the appropriate settings(System menu > Master data > Banks > Payment transactions > GO: Posting bank transactions). Postings that have already been made are not affected and will not be canceled.

Improved information on the validation of PayPal account transactions
Scopevisio makes it easier for you to validate the allocation of imported PayPal account transactions by clearly indicating why an account turnover line in the "bookable" column has not yet been ticked off, thus drawing your attention to missing entries.

Additional notification options when the approval process is complete
Be informed immediately about a completed approval process: Specify whether and to whom an automatic notification should be sent in this case. Several people who are not stored in the process can also be included in the information flow. Simply enter the relevant email addresses in the process details of the respective approval process under the business object "Notification on completion of approval process".

New rules for invoice receipt: Set dimension accounts
Make your work easier with automation: we have made new rules available for you in the settings for the invoice receipt book. You can have recognized dimension accounts set as early as the invoice receipt application time, which provides the accounting department with correctly assigned documents.

Please note that you must also have assigned the rights profiles with all rights for use at the same time. The native apps are available via the well-known app stores and are free of charge for Suite users. The following REST endpoints were created for the import of cash movements and export of cash sheets and cash registers:
POST /cashbookentry/new (Required rights profile: "Enter cash movement" (Edit)): It is possible to add an entry to an annual cashbook sheet which is in the last year.
POST /cashbooksheets (Required rights profile: "Closed cashbooksheets" (Edit) OR "Enter cash movement" (Edit)): All cashbooksheets are returned. It is possible to search within the fields and restrict the returned fields.

It is now possible to include the paymentType in the POST /postings/new request.

The vatCreatorRow and vatCreatorVatKey fields have been added to the /journal endpoint.
To determine the type of personal account, the "type" field has been added to the POST /journal web service: 1 = vendor, 2 = debtor.
User profiles can be removed via the API.
A query parameter "onlyActive" has been added for GET /users.

The contact person can be entered in an invoice import both via masterId and legacyId.

With the two endpoints /createDebitor and /createKreditor, the specified number range is selected when the personal account is created:
If no number range number is specified in the request, the standard debtor number range is selected.
It is possible to select a different number range of the correct number range type and to generate the account number there manually or automatically.
If a number range number is specified but no account number, this is generated automatically from this number range.
Both the standard dimensions "Cost centers", "Cost units" and "Projects", as well as custom dimensions are output together with the corresponding number via POST /dimensions.
The new web service POST /recurringinvoice/{number} was created in order to be able to set the repetition of recurring invoices for an existing invoice via the API.
