Start in the preferred worklist

All worklists

You can save your preferred worklist as a favorite in each overview. To do this, simply click on the asterisk next to the name of the worklist. When you call up the menu item again, the program automatically starts with the preferred worklist.

Recycle bin for Teamwork documents

DMS-Teamwork > Documents > Further actions

In response to many customer requests, Scopevisio has implemented a recycle bin for Teamwork documents. You can find it under "Further actions" (double arrow at the top right of the application).

Removed documents are first moved to the recycle bin. From there, they can be restored or permanently removed individually or via multiple selection. Alternatively, the entire recycle bin can be deleted.

 

Improvement in the invoice receipt book approval workflow

Set status and person responsible via mass change

Finance > Payables > Incoming invoices

In the invoice receipt book overview, both the check and payment status as well as the person currently responsible can now be edited via mass change.

Restrict the invoice receipt book to the person responsible

System administration > User administration > Manage user profiles and rights

Under the Finance profile, you will find the new right "Invoice receipt book (check/release)". Users who have been assigned this right will only see the invoices in the invoice ledger for which they are currently entered as the person responsible.

More transparency in the contact file

"Comments" business object for contacts

Add further comments from projects or tasks of this contact in the comment of a contact. To do this, activate the desired documentation levels in the "Additional reference" selection box.

In the overviews of contacts, projects and tasks, the 30 user-defined fields can now also be changed using mass editing.

Image search improved

Contacts > People, double-click on the profile picture

The image search for people has been extended to include the title and employer, which means a better hit rate can be achieved.


Business object company data in the setup wizard

In the setup wizard, Company data tab, the "Company data" business object has been supplemented with the data fields Commercial register / number and Employer's liability insurance association. The previous "Trade association" business object has been removed.

If a table is opened or filtered, the total number of entries is displayed as a tooltip at the bottom left.

 

"Saving" comments

The "Save" button in the "Comments" business object has been renamed "Add".

DMS Teamwork

Collection approvals column in the document list

DMS-Teamwork > Documents

The "Collection releases" column has been added to the tabular overview of documents. It shows the number of collection releases of the respective document. The collections are listed explicitly in the tooltip.

New placeholders for dimensions in billing documents

Invoices: Query before overwriting the dimensions

If the revenue account is changed when creating invoices, you will now be asked whether previously entered dimension accounts should be retained or whether they should be refilled from account preallocations.

Billing documents: New option for the file name

Master data > Billing > Edit billing settings

You can choose between three possible variants for the file name generated by Scopevisio:

  • Document type + document number (default, old behavior)

  • Customer number + document type + document number (new)

  • Document type + document number + customer number (new)

The customer number is filled as follows: If the customer is a customer, the customer number is taken from the customer role. If there is no customer for the customer, the contact number from the General role is stored, provided the field is filled.

Finances

Own authorization per bank account

Master data > Banks > Set up online banking

Each home banking access can now be assigned individual authorizations during setup. "Private" accesses can be set to "Personal" and thus "hidden". Account movements or balances can only be accessed by authorized persons.

Change for existing customers: The query logs can now only be viewed by users with a "Company and user profile", a corresponding message is displayed.

Advice notes now with BIC and IBAN

Finances > Banks > Direct debits/transfers

The entire bank details (incl. IBAN and BIC) are now shown under Bank details.

Cash registers: New setting for dates in the future

Under Settings, business object "Other settings", the option "Allow future date = No" can now be used to prevent a future date from being entered when recording cash movements.

Change log - ensuring GoBD compliance

As long as a financial year is not closed, changes can be made to the master data of an inventory or fixed asset (depreciation date, depreciation start date, depreciation amount, book value, depreciation type and useful life). These changes are now displayed collectively in the "Event log" tab. Each change can also be commented on.

The fields in the input screen for fixed assets have been rearranged for better clarity.

Renaming when entering manual transactions

The following changes have been made to the screen for entering manual transactions (e.g. partial retirement) of fixed assets:

  • Upper limit -> Maximum amount

  • Existing -> current quantity

  • Quantity -> Change in quantity

  • Posting -> Business transaction


Dimension as mandatory entry when posting depreciation

Assets > Depreciation runs

If dimensions have been coded as a mandatory entry when posting, the system checks during the depreciation run whether the dimension account is filled for all postings. If this is not the case, the depreciation run is interrupted with a corresponding message.

Acquisition before the depreciation date

It is possible to enter an acquisition before the depreciation start date. However, no acquisitions can be entered before the depreciation start date.

Addition of contact and project when importing time recording entries

OpenScope > Import & Export > Manage imports > Import time entries

When importing time entries via the client or via the TimeEntry.importCsv web service for which the contact and/or project have not been set, this information is added where possible. The priority when setting the data is based on the order of the fields in the GUI:

To complete the contact data, the project is used first, then the task and finally the order; the project is completed in the order of task first, then order.

Export in DATEV format

OpenScope > Import & Export > Manage DATEV imports/exports

The expiring DATEV mailing format has also been replaced by the current DATEV format in the export area. This means that both imports and exports to and from DATEV are now fully possible.

The user-defined fields have been added to the data sources Projects, Sales projects and Tasks.

REBU2GO: In REBU2GO, approvals can now only be issued under the "Release" item. For this purpose, the items "Details" and "Release" have been swapped in the incoming invoice area.

Similar to the existing web service "contact/Contact.setCustomField", web services have been added for further objects:

Task -> enterprise/Task.setCustomField
