Top innovation in feature set 94
The new invoice receipt book
Finance > Payables > Invoice receipt book (after activation)
Scopevisio introduces the new invoice ledger in feature set 94!
In addition to the fundamentally redesigned entry screen, which clearly compares the document view and relevant data fields, the new feature scores with its advanced release concept. Incoming invoices can be assigned to individual approval processes - manually or rule-based on the basis of OCR recognition. The processes are each created with any number of approval levels for factual or payment approval.
The functionalities include
Structuring the invoice receipt process into capture, factual release, payment release.
Rule-based or manual assignment of different release processes.
Subsequent or parallel release stages (employee A, then employee B / employee A or employee B).
User-related or organization chart-defined responsibilities.
Individual notifications when incoming invoices are assigned.
The new invoice receipt book can now be activated.

Migration to the new invoice ledger is a one-off and final process for each company. The preparations include a status check of previous incoming invoices, the adjustment of rights profiles and the specification of standard managers for the standard approval process valid during the migration. Billing
Invoicing groups already from quotation
Master data > Manage accounting > Invoice areas
Enterprise customers who have activated the invoicing area feature under Manage accounting -> Invoicing areas can use this option with feature set 94 from as early as the quotation creation stage. Previously, this option was only available later in the document process from document type Order.
Changed product details are now available in duplicated documents
Billing
If product descriptions were changed and saved during document creation, these changes are also available in duplicated documents. The 'original' description from the product master can be displayed by adding the product to the item table again.
User-defined fields in documents
OpenScope > Data sources
Information from the user-defined fields for documents can now also be output via relevant data sources. For example, the invoices data source allows the relevant data to be displayed via the column configuration.
Individual billing number ranges are transferred to subsequent years:
Master data > Billing number ranges
To adjust the formatting, format options are available for all document types under Master data -> Billing -> Edit billing number ranges. Previously, the adjustments only applied to the selected calendar year. As of feature set 94, self-defined number ranges are automatically transferred to subsequent years; no manual updates are necessary at the start of the year.
The business object Format for adjusting the number range structure (here: credit notes). Adjusted formats are now automatically valid beyond the end of the year.
Further new features
DMS Teamwork: Upload via context menu
DMS Teamwork > Documents
An upload variant has been added to Teamwork in the Scopevisio Client and now offers a context menu for document uploads when right-clicking in the document storage.
When right-clicking in the free area, Teamwork now allows uploading via a dialog box.
Group tables using keyboard shortcuts
Various work and overview lists support the grouping of content according to specific columns. For example, open item lists can be grouped by account number or name, and invoice lists can be grouped by customer, project reference or status. Previously, grouping was possible via the context menu by right-clicking on supported column headings. Grouping is now possible by pressing Ctrl-Alt and clicking on the desired criterion.
Grouping of accounts payable by account number. Grouping by column is now also supported using the Ctrl-Alt key combination, the box symbols indicate possible criteria.
Product master data - store illustrations
Master data > Manage products
The product master now offers the option of adding graphics as product images in the product details area. In future, it should be possible to use these illustrations in the billing process.
Interface - compressed display of tabs
Working with several open tabs is now clearer, as the titles are resized depending on the screen width. This means that more titles can be viewed directly when "things get tight".
