Top innovations in Featureset 97 (FS97)

... remain top secret! Even if you don't seem to get to see much today, we are working hard on background and basic work for new or completely revised functions such as travel expense recording and reporting. You can look forward to what Scopevisio will soon be doing to make your work even easier!

Information on the conversion of sales projects

One contact - several sales projects: With the current feature set, all existing customers who had not yet been converted to sales projects (new menu ribbon: Opportunities) will automatically be converted to sales projects.

In the master data, you can set whether you want to work with or without leads. The operational reason for including sales projects is that you can now assign x possible sales projects to a contact. These are each displayed as separate processes, but with self-contained processes - potentials, offers, contacts, mails, lead generation, lead evaluation, interested parties, etc. - etc. This can be done in parallel or over time.

Previously, a BANT evaluation could only be carried out once for a contact in the LifeCycle. If the same potential customer became a lead and prospective customer again at a different time, the BANT was already completed. You can now document and track any number of sales projects (new ribbon: Opportunities) between your own company and a potential customer.

Are you an existing customer who has not yet made use of it? Or whose application is older than April 2018? If you answered "yes" twice, then you can now sit back and relax - because you don't have to do anything or prepare anything, Scopevisio does it all automatically. You can find out what will change in the application after the changeover here.

Further innovations

User interface (GUI)

Have you already noticed? Things are still happening! There have also been minor changes to our ribbon in this feature set. For example, "Teamwork" is now called "Teamwork" again instead of "Documents", and under Project > Customers and Projects > Projects you will now find large buttons that do justice to the frequently accessed menu items.
Ribbon

System menu

Master data

Update the master data from time to time to benefit from the changes. This time we have added the country list for you.
System menu > Master data > Contacts > Manage basic data > Further actions > Update basic data

Finances

Payment runs

Payment runs can also be carried out without stored address data. You will only be notified of missing data by an info box for postings to CpD. In this way, Scopevisio reminds you to maintain your database completely.
Finances > Payment runs

2GO apps

CRM2GO and PROJEKTE2GO

We have brought the functionality of the two 2GOs a little closer to the Scopevisio desktop application: It is now also possible to display the comment list in the new "Comments" menu item and filter it according to various values.

Do you always update your Scopevisio mobile applications? The native apps (Android, iOS) are now in the respective stores with version 1.13.0 in line with Featureset 96.1.

API

It is now possible to query the invoice areas via the new web service /zones.

Miscellaneous

Worklists

Our worklists have grown - in the product management area. Save your preferred view and call it up again at any time at:
Workplace > My worklists > Other
Organization > Products > Product management

Placeholders

Do you know what our placeholders can do? Where they can be used everywhere? And that new ones are always being added to extend the functionality of Scopevisio?
To keep up to date here, we recommend that you mark the placeholder overview that we maintain so that you are always up to date.

News

Everything for a smooth workflow! Do the messages/warnings at the bottom left of the form sometimes delay your workflow? Do they obscure a button that you want to reach quickly? Now you can simply click them away or hide them by pressing the ALT key (Mac: Options/Option key).

Form display

Customers with large data sets will particularly appreciate this: We have been able to reduce the loading time of many of our forms many times over. The same applies to the display of multi-page tables when rearranging columns.
